Well, I have 3 inches of water covering my entire basement. It is at the bottom edge of my fridge and freezer and rising.
While it was raining I only had about an inch or two of water. Once the rain stopped and all the water in the street started draining it started to rise. And there is another rainstorm coming through. I may really get hit hard this time. It would be nice if this water would drain out before the next starts. But, I don't think that is going to happen.

I was thinking about your basement while I was watching TV this morning when the first round of rain went through. We only got hit by the second round, but it didn't last too long. Didn't get the hail or alot of lightning that they said was possible with the storm.
