Sorry everyone that it's been a while since I've been on. Seems like Sept. always flies by at my house.
Rusty, the party was nice. Andrew figured that there were 57 here if he thought of everyone. The rain held out until later in the evening and whoever was still around went inside and played board games and the wii. The warm weather we had the end of Aug. kept the pool a nice temp. Andrew and Lance even tinkered with the mustang and got it running. :-) (now there are many other things to do to it) We also got news that we are going to be aunt & uncle again. Lance & Kelly are expecting at the end of Feb. Emma showed up with a shirt that said 'Big Sister Emma'. I thought it was a cute way to let everyone know.
The weather was even warm for Hertiage. That's not normal. Usually have to have long sleeves and possibly a sweatshirt, but not this year. We got sunburnt a little Saturday watching the parade. I did pull out the sweatshirt Thurs. night though for the antique tractor pull. That is a very long night since they have a 3 & 4 MPH speed limit on them. It's one of Andrew's favorite things to do though. Donnie had his usual long days playing checkers and loved every minute of it. Talked to Tim and he thinks Rusty is mad at him for some reason. Said he didn't know why but that's what he thinks. lol
I found out who The Backyardigans were Sunday. Zachary made sure that he told me each one of their names everytime he walked by. It was his 2nd b-day party and they were on his b-day shirt. I'm kind of jealious. He says Andrew all the time, but will only say Cara if you ask him to. I think it's because Andrew buys him tractors and trucks that make noise. Maybe I should give him some loud toys.
Birthdays are what have kept us busy this month. Only counting immediate family, we have already done 4. We still have 4 more to go. I think I will be b-day partied out when the month is done.
Well that's what I've been up to. Now you know why I haven't written lately. I hope I get to make the next luncheon and see everyone again.
Bye for now.
Cara

I thought the weather was great for the Heritage days. I saw Donnie and Judi, but we missed you. I came home with a dark pink face from all the walking around with the girls. Sorry we missed the party, but Katie was recovering from strep throat.
