Sorry it's been a while

Hey everyone! Mark and Rusty thanks for the b-day wishes. I had a really nice day. Andrew went overboard like he does with every holiday but I've come to expect it by now.

We didn't end up at the KY fair. Sorry I didn't catch everyone's projects. We were at the IN one the weekend before for 4-H. We were there all weekend and there were plenty of people because the weather was great. Our bike kids did wonderful this year. The boy in junior defended his title and the girl in senior tied for 3rd. She improved greatly over last year. Always makes you feel good when they do well. Was prety much done with the fair scene after that.

Softball has kept me busy the last few weeks. They didn't approve Roger for the head position at the last board meeting so I've had to pick up the slack with fall league going on. Also the new AD has the teams working the concession stand for other sports so I get to do that now too. I don't know if I'm going to apply again for the head job or not. They didn't want me last time and it seemed way too easy for Roger to lose his job. Don't really know what happened. All I can figure is the one parent didn't like him and has a friend on the school board. Sucks when it happens that way. AD and principal didn't even know it was going to happen. It was a shock to many.

Mark, do you know why you can't go back to the main page of posts after you read someone's comment that it attached? It doesn't even give me the option anymore. i get to pull up the blog all over again....(great for dial-up) :-(

I have heard from a few if you are coming this weekend or not. Just wanted to remind everyone that you are more than welcome. Cookout and get-together Sunday afternoon. Eating about 5. Well that seems like a lot of random comments but that's just how I've been since I've seen you last....random. A lot of things going on and not enough time in the day.
