Everyone!
On Saturday, Nov. 21, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. my friend, Durinda McKay, and I are hosting a Christmas Tea and Boutique at my house. We did it last year and it was a great success.
Those that wish to bring a card table and sell something need to be here at 1:00 p.m. to set up their tables. We're asking this year that those wishing to sell something will also bring a dish to serve at least 25 people so they help with the refreshment costs.
Durinda and I set up tables in every room of my house, both upstairs and down, and people are not pressured to buy but it is a fun way to start the holidays. Glenna and Michelle were here last year and we had a great time.
If you wish to participate in selling please let me know by October 1 so I can know if I need to move furniture around to accommodate. We already have about 5 people committed.
Also - I've decided to start taking better care of myself so, God forbid, my kids never have to take care of me. My daughter loves research and did research on the best vitamins and found Shaklee to be the best so I signed up with them to sell just so I can order directly from the company and get them at the base price. It is a pyramid business but if anyone wants to sign up to make money selling Shaklee or if you want them at cost just let me know.

ReplyDeleteI came last year and it was really nice. I look forward to coming again this year. I will let you know if I think I may try to sell something. When is your deadline?
